(1) Programming TYREDOG Sensors - TD2300A/TD2700F Series

Before you start, make sure the battery is out of the sensor and both the Monitor and Relay have power. If the relay has the top cover installed, you will need to remove this cover by removing the 2 screws so you have access to the programming button.

1) Press and hold the Mute (Left) button for 3 seconds to enter the Settings Menu.
2) Press the Mute (Left) button to scroll across to Add New Sensor. Then press the Backlight (Right) button to enter.
3) Press the button on the relay once. The monitor will beep. You are now in Learning Mode.
4) Now insert the battery into the sensor. The monitor will beep to verify it's programmed.
5) To exit learning mode press the button on the relay once. Press the Backlight (Right) button then press the Temperature (Middle) button to exit the Settings Menu.

The replacement sensor is now programmed.

(2) Setting TYREDOG Alarm Thresholds (Per Axle) - TD2300A/TD2700F Series

Before you start, make sure both the Monitor and Relay have power. We recommend setting Low Pressure Alarms 15% below cold tyre pressure. High pressure alarms 20% above cold tyre pressure and High Temperature Alarm to 70 Deg Celsius (158 F).

1) Press and hold the Mute (Left) button for 3 seconds to enter the Settings Menu.
2) Press the Mute (Left) button to scroll across to Threshold of Alarm. Then Press the Backlight (Right) Button to enter.
3) Low Pressure Adjustment - Press the Temperature (Middle) button to decrease. Or press the Mute (Left) button to increase. Then Press the Backlight (Right) button.
4) High Pressure Adjustment - Press the Temperature (Middle) button to decrease. Or press the Mute (Left) button to increase. Then Press the Backlight (Right) button.
5) High Temperature Adjustment - Press the Temperature (Middle) button to decrease. Or press the Mute (Left) button to increase. Then Press the Backlight (Right) button.
6) Repeat steps 3 -5 for all axles. We recommend high temperature be set to 70 Deg Celsius (158 F)
7) To save the settings to Relay, press the Mute (Left) button. Then press the Temperature (Middle) button to exit the settings menu.

New Alarm Thresholds are now saved.

(3) Setting TYREDOG Alarm Thresholds (ALL TYRES at Once) - TD2300A/TD2700F Series

Before you start, make sure both the Monitor and Relay have power. We recommend setting Low Pressure Alarms 15% below cold tyre pressure. High pressure alarms 20% above cold tyre pressure and High Temperature Alarm to 70 Deg Celsius (158 F).

1) Press and hold the Mute (Left) button for 3 seconds to enter the Settings Menu.
2) Press the Mute (Left) button to scroll across to Threshold of Alarm. Then Press the Backlight (Right) Button to enter.
3) Press and hold down the Backlight (Right) button for 3 seconds until ALL TIRES appears.
4) Low Pressure Adjustment - Press the Temperature (Middle) button to decrease. Or press the Mute (Left) button to increase. Then Press the Backlight (Right) button.
5) High Pressure Adjustment - Press the Temperature (Middle) button to decrease. Or press the Mute (Left) button to increase. Then Press the Backlight (Right) button.
6) High Temperature Adjustment - Press the Temperature (Middle) button to decrease. Or press the Mute (Left) button to increase. Then Press the Backlight (Right) button.
7) To save the settings to Relay, press the Mute (Left) button. Then press the Temperature (Middle) button to exit the settings menu.

New Alarm Thresholds are now saved.
