Returns
If a product is D.O.A or damaged in transit, you may call us on (03) 9482 2203 or email our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receiving the product (sales@zylux.com.au).
Any Faulty / Damaged product under warranty must be returned to Zylux at the sender’s expense so the product can be evaluated for a credit, refund or exchange.
Credit for any Products that you send back will be applied to your next order.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and must contain a copy of your proof of purchase.
